PracticeLoop AI — Terms of Service
Version 1.0
Effective date: July 24, 2026
Last updated: July 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and PracticeLoop AI ("PracticeLoop AI," "PLAI," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PracticeLoop AI website and application and related features (together, the "Service").
Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by PracticeLoop AI, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, located in Atlanta, GA 30318. You can reach us at support@practiceloop.ai.
2. What the Service is
PracticeLoop AI is a voice-based practice tool for product-management ("PM") interviews. The Service asks you PM interview questions, conducts a spoken practice interview using AI, and then gives you a structured coaching debrief and tracks your coaching themes over time. The Service is designed for practice and skill-building.
The Service is an early-stage, evolving product. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Your account
To use the Service you create an account with your email and a password, or by signing in with Google or LinkedIn. You agree to:
- provide accurate information and keep it current;
- keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account;
- be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account; and
- notify us promptly at support@practiceloop.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts as described in Section 13.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- attempt to disrupt, degrade, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems, or other users' accounts or data;
- reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract the Service's source code, system prompts, coaching rubric, question bank, or other underlying components, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law;
- use the Service, or any content or output from it, to develop or train a competing product or a machine-learning model;
- upload or submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that you do not have the right to provide;
- misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person; or
- use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the Service in a manner that burdens our infrastructure.
We may investigate and take appropriate action, including removing content and suspending or terminating accounts, for any violation.
6. Your content
"Your Content" means the audio you speak during sessions, the resulting transcripts, your feedback ratings and reasons, and any reflection notes or other content you submit.
You own Your Content. You retain all rights you have in Your Content. You grant PracticeLoop AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transcribe, analyze, and use Your Content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you — including running your live sessions, generating your coaching debriefs and theme tags, and maintaining your session history and coaching arc — and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
We process Your Content through the third-party AI services described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for what you say and submit during sessions; do not share sensitive personal, confidential, or proprietary information that you do not want processed as part of a practice session.
7. Our content and intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, user interface, text, graphics, logos, the PracticeLoop AI name and marks, the interview question bank, coaching frameworks and taxonomy, system prompts, and the AI-generated debrief structure — is owned by PracticeLoop AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own individual, non-commercial interview practice, subject to these Terms. Except for this license, we grant you no rights in the Service or our content. You may keep and use the coaching debriefs generated for you for your own personal practice.
8. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, our authentication, hosting, AI, and analytics providers) and offers optional sign-in through Google and LinkedIn. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.
10. AI and coaching — important disclaimers
Please read this section carefully.
- AI-generated output. The interview questions, spoken interviewer, and coaching debriefs are generated using artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. Do not rely on it as a statement of fact.
- Practice, not evaluation. The Service provides coaching feedback for practice. It does not score, grade, rank, certify, or assess your abilities, and it is not a measure of how you will perform in any real interview.
- No professional advice. The Service does not provide career, employment, recruiting, educational, legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
- No guarantee of outcomes. We do not guarantee any particular result, including that using the Service will help you obtain an interview, pass an interview, or receive a job offer.
- Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and any decisions you make based on it.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. We may also discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.
On termination, the license granted to you in Section 7 ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6–8 and 10–17) will survive.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRACTICELOOP AI AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the paragraph below, you and PracticeLoop AI agree that the state and federal courts located in Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@practiceloop.ai and try to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to do the same. Most concerns can be resolved this way.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and close your account.
17. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and PracticeLoop AI regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create rights for anyone other than you and PracticeLoop AI.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
